According to reports, popular motivational speaker and social media influencer Vivek Bindra allegedly assaulted his wife Yanika and left her partially deaf a few hours after they exchanged vows.
In this regard, Bindra’s brother-in-law Vaibhav Kwatra has filed a complaint with the Noida Sector 126 police station.
The incident occurred at Bindra’s home in the Supernova West Residency in Noida’s Sector 94 early on December 7, according to the reports. December 6th marked the couple’s marriage.
When Yanika attempted to mediate a family dispute between Bindra and his mother, Kwatra claimed in the FIR that she was beaten until she was completely blind. She claims that Bindra took her to a room and gave her 30 to 40 slaps, seriously injuring her left ear and leaving bruises all over her body.
On social media, a video of Yanika displaying her wounds while lying in a hospital bed has also gone viral. She can be seen displaying her wounds to the cameras in the alleged video, and she says the influencer smacked him between thirty and forty times. In addition, she stated that her left ear is deaf.
Another video shows Bindra attempting to talk his wife into coming inside; it was taken outside the society gate in the wee hours of the morning.
Days have passed since prominent motivational speaker Sandeep Maheshwari claimed he was entangled in a scam involving his company, Bada Business Private Limited (BBPL), and now there are allegations of physical assault against Bindra.
Maheshwari has asserted that Bindra’s business misled his supporters and released statements from the victims. Additionally, he asserted that Bindra owed more than 100,000 students close to Rs 500 crore. However, Bindra has refuted these claims.

Hours after the wedding, Bindra allegedly took Yanika inside a room, swore at her, pulled her hair, and physically abused her, according to the details in the FIR. According to the complaint, Yanika’s hearing is impaired as a result of the assault. It’s said that Bindra also broke her phone.
In addition to domestic abuse, Bindra has been embroiled in other scandals; most recently, fellow YouTuber and motivational speaker Sandeep Maheshwari accused Bindra of running a “scam”.
In a recent video titled “Big Scam Exposed,” YouTuber Sandeep Maheshwari accused Bindra of offering a multi-level marketing-like course. The purported scam, which is estimated to be worth nearly ₹ 500 crore, entails syphoning off enormous sums of money from students in order to teach them “business”. In response, Bindra defended himself and Mr. Maheshwari on his YouTube channel, refuting any wrongdoing. As Bindra claimed threats against his legal team and that his employees had broken into Mr. Maheshwari’s home, the dispute grew more heated.
The Indian Medical Association (IMA) brought legal action against Vivek Bindra in 2018. In a video called “Reality of Indian Medical System,” Bindra was accused by the IMA of disparaging doctors. The court emphasized the value of freedom of expression after Bindra prevailed over a possible ₹ 50 crore defamation suit.
